Our Gerber computerized fabric cutting system saves time and money in processing high volume and large pieces. Our state of the art servo knife vacuum table system provides superior accuracy in cutting the most difficult materials.

Vertical Knife Cutting
Our low minimum vertical high speed knife cutting capabilities save time and money in processing lower quantity needs.

Die Making and Die Cutting
Our In house die making saves you time and money, and ensures your product is made right the first time. Our wide selection of die cutting equipment can process virtually any size of raw material.

Slitting
We have the capability to slit many materials including nylon, canvas and vinyl. We can slit to any width desired.

Hot/Cold Strip Cutting
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with a wide selection of automated narrow fabric cutting machines, to properly cut virtually any elastic, webbing, hook and loop fastener, Velcro products, etc.

We have invested vast amounts of time training our staff in the most advanced manufacturing processes and procedures. Our highly developed manufacturing systems ensure high flexibility and efficiency.

Pattern Sewing
